Packaging Is Part Of The Product Brief
Packaging affects quotation, sample review, packing method, carton plan and ecommerce preparation. We can help check which packaging details are ready and which ones may hold packing confirmation if they arrive late, such as label files, barcode rules or carton marks.
For Amazon or DTC launches, the first request should separate product packaging, product labeling, carton labeling, insert needs and shipping-preparation notes. This makes it easier to check what belongs on the bag, what belongs on the package and what belongs on the outer carton.
Helpful starting point: Share the packaging requirements you already have. If the channel rules are not final, we can still discuss the likely packing path, but final packing approval may need to wait.

What Label And Barcode Details Should Be Shared?
Label requirements should be specific enough for the team to check placement, size, material, print method and packing workflow.
Product label
Send label artwork, size, placement, material direction and whether the label is sewn, printed, attached or packed separately.
Barcode or SKU label
Share barcode files, SKU rules, product variation names and where each label should appear.
Insert or hang tag
List any card, care note, warning text, insert, hang tag or product information that needs to be packed with the bag.
Channel notes
Explain whether the goods are prepared for ecommerce, retail, wholesale cartons, one-piece dropshipping or overseas stocking.

Carton Marks And Packing Instructions Need Early Review
Carton information can change material use, packing labor and final shipment preparation. Buyers should provide carton mark requirements, inner packing method, units per carton, carton label rules and any handling notes that matter for the sales channel.

It does not mean Amazon approval, warehouse acceptance, customs advice, tax advice or marketplace compliance approval. Buyers should confirm channel rules, account requirements and destination-market obligations before final production.
If a marketplace, retailer or logistics partner has a specific label, barcode, carton or packing rule, include that requirement in the RFQ before sample or bulk packing is confirmed.
