When you submit, your contact details, selected products, requirements and attachments are transmitted to AltusPack through our website server and Xinnet email service for quotation and follow-up. Only share files you are authorized to provide.
Selected styles and earlier drafts may remain in this browser until you clear site data. Your inquiry and attachments are stored temporarily on our server until the email to our mailbox is confirmed, then the server copy is deleted; they are never published or used as website assets. Emails remain in the business mailbox; the server stores private delivery identifiers and content hashes to prevent duplicate submissions.
For questions or deletion requests, contact marry@altuspack.com. Email and WhatsApp are separate services. A website confirmation means the mail server accepted the inquiry, not that a quotation or order has been approved.
Send inquiryWebsite analytics and ad measurement
Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement are optional and stay off until you allow them. If allowed, we send a page path without query parameters or fragments, language, a limited product reference and inquiry-step events, and Google may set measurement cookies (_ga, _gcl). When you arrive from a Google ad, the ad click identifier (gclid, gbraid or wbraid) is kept in this browser tab and, if you allowed measurement, included with your inquiry so we can see which ads bring inquiries; it is stored with the inquiry record and email. Google Ads click IDs submitted with an inquiry are kept with that inquiry record for up to 24 months; you can ask us to delete them at any time by emailing marry@altuspack.com. We do not send your form contents or contact details to Google, and ad personalization stays off. You can change your choice at any time.
