Preparing an inquiry

Your selected products and prepared RFQ summary are stored in this browser and are not automatically sent to AltusPack. Selected file names are saved, but files are not uploaded. Contact marry@altuspack.com to share your request directly.

Browser storage

A prepared RFQ summary can contain your contact details, project requirements, selected products and file names. It remains in this browser until replaced or the site data is cleared; there is no automatic one-month expiry. Downloaded copies remain on your device until you delete them. Avoid preparing confidential drafts on a shared device.

Sharing files and messages

Choosing a file on the quote page does not upload its contents. Share actual files through a channel agreed with AltusPack. Email and WhatsApp links open separate services; messages you send there are handled outside this browser draft.
