Logo method guide

Which Logo Method Should I Choose For Custom Bags?

If you are not sure which logo method to choose, you can send the artwork, bag reference and target position first. We can help review which methods are realistic for the material, quantity and approval standard before you lock the sample direction.

Answer first

We Would Not Choose The Logo Method From A Mockup Alone

A flat mockup is useful, but it does not show how the logo will behave on canvas, coated fabric, PU, mesh or a curved pocket panel. That is why we normally review the artwork together with the bag material and logo position.

The practical question is not "which logo method is best?" It is "which logo method fits this material, this logo size, this quantity and this approval standard?"

Helpful starting point: If you are unsure, send the artwork, target logo size, placement, bag material and reference product. We can help narrow the logo methods before the sample is confirmed.

If The Artwork Is Not Final Yet

A vector file is easier to review, but an early screenshot can still start the conversation. We can use it to discuss likely logo size, position and method. Final color matching and approval may need to wait until the correct artwork file is ready.

The Bag Material Can Change The Right Method

Screen print, heat transfer, woven label, rubber patch, metal badge, debossing and embossing each need different surfaces and attachment methods. The same logo may need one method on a tote, another on a cosmetic pouch and another on a backpack panel.

Where Logo Approval Can Get Stuck

A logo can look right on a sample swatch but behave differently on coated fabric, textured canvas, PU or curved panels. If brand color, surface finish or durability matters, the approval may need to happen on the intended product surface instead of only on a loose swatch.

Details to confirm

Details We Would Check With You

Artwork format

If vector artwork is ready, share it. If not, we can still review the concept, but color and edge detail may remain provisional.

Material surface

A target fabric or product reference helps us avoid recommending a logo method that looks good on paper but performs poorly on the real surface.

Logo position

Mark the panel or pocket area you prefer. If the position crosses a seam, curve or zipper path, we may need to adjust the method or size.

Sample approval

We can discuss whether a logo swatch is enough or whether the logo should be reviewed on a full bag sample before bulk production.

Product references

Product References Help Us Avoid Guessing

These product references help show why logo method cannot be separated from the bag itself. You can choose the closest structure first, then tell us the logo position and finish you want reviewed.

Before production

What to confirm before production

  • This guide is for sourcing and RFQ preparation, not final production approval.
  • Use photos as discussion references only. Certification, testing, capacity and finished-order results need their own documents or approved samples.
  • Before production, confirm material, structure, price, bulk MOQ, sample timing, bulk timing, packaging and any public claim wording for your specific order.
  • Do not promise wash durability, abrasion resistance, color permanence or brand-standard match without sample testing and approval.

RFQ checklist

Helpful Details For A Logo Review

  • Logo file format
  • Color count and brand color target
  • Logo size and placement
  • Material and surface finish
  • Preferred method and alternatives
  • Sample approval requirements
  • Whether logo color matching or durability must be tested before bulk production

Next step

Let Us Help Review The Logo Path Before Sampling

Start with the closest reference product, then share the logo file, size, placement, material surface and approval expectation. With that context, we can suggest a practical method instead of guessing from the artwork alone.
